Sorry I have been gone so long.

I just have to say I am coming up on my 3mo. and I have never felt better I have lost 70lbs and have a lot more to go,but at this point am really pleased with my journey. All is not easy but I take one day at a time and am enjoying the way I feel . I CAN MOVE.  WOW some days I feel like a new women. Don't get me wrong I still have a few aches and pains and my fibro will never go away but man do I feel better. I never thought I would get to the point that I would or could enjoy excersise again. The weight just falls off if you are doing all the things you are supposed to. I am so happy that I made the decision to take back my life and take control of my health . That's it for now .
