"She was efficient, to the point, not openly friendly - busy, but she knew what she was talking about.
It hasn't really changed. I saw her once prior to surgery, and had surgery in March and have had 3 appointments and saw her 2 of the 3 times. Very quick but I didn't have any problems and I was secure in her proficiency at what she did.
The office staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient.
