Congratulations on your Surg-Aversary!! I am praying that the year has been kind to you, and that you are reaching your goal of a healthier life! If you are still in your "honeymoon stage" yahoo!! If you are not, here is where the hard work begins ;-) You CAN do it - you've made it this far. Look back at how far you have come, and why you had this surgery in the first place. If you've gotten off track, look back at the "plan" that was working - and start doing it again. Drink more liquids, move a little more - that is what is good for our bodies. You've come a long way - keep on doing what is good and wise for you and your body! <3 I'm sure you have found new ways to show yourself some "self-care", look for some new ways to add to that, so that each time you do your body good, you can feel good about the self-love you are giving yourself <3 Happy One Year in Your New Body Living Your New Life!! Enjoy!!
