I'm finally home.  I'm still a little sore, horay for pain meds.  Surgery went well and Dr. Peters is a wonderful surgeon.  Not
having any trouble with pureed foods, thank you God.  Some of this gas is finally starting to pass .  I'm so glad, I thought I was going to explode.  Hopefully things continue to go as well as they have been.  Head hunger is hard, I see things I would love to eat, but I know if I do I'll get sick.  I just have to keep telling myself I can have real food in a month.

This is hour 11 of my 48 hour clear liquid diet.  I am hungry!!!!  I don't know if I'll be able to get thru tomorrow.  Surgery is on Monday, I can't wait.

I can't believe it, only 2 more weeks!  I'm so ready.  Yes, I'm a little nervous but that's normal.  I have trust in my surgeon and believe everything will go well.

 Well I just got a call from the Pulmonologist office, I have sleep apnea. So now I have to go in for another sleep study with a cpap mchn.  I can't stand this, I know I am not going to be able to sleep every night hooked up to a mchn!  But I have to use it if I want surgical clearance from the Pulmonologist.

Well, the nerves have passed and I'm back to being excited!  I can't wait.  If all goes well, this time next month I will be in recovery.  I am still waiting on the results of my sleep study.  I hope I don't have sleep apnea but I prob do.  Oh well, if I do it won't be for long. I'm starting to get ready for the big day,  I bought all my vitamins and a pill organizer and  I have a ton of protein samples.  Let the countdown begin! 30 more days...

I can't wait, 34 more days ,  it is going so slow.  I can't wait until I can do the little things people take for granted.  Like going to the beach without feeling like a beached whale or going to an amusment park and being able to ride any ride I want. 

The sleep study was the worst!  I am so tired right now.  I don't know if it's just me but how can anyone sleep like that.  I just hope I slept long enough for them to gather the info they need, because I am not doing that again.

I can't wait for my surgery date to get here!  I feels like the days are moving so slow.  I have my sleep study this Sunday 
night.  I hope I can fall asleep there .  I can't imagine sleeping hooked up to a bunch of wires and knowing I'm

being recorded .  Hopefully I don't need a CPAP, yuck.
