I had my surgery on March 14th of this year and I have lost almost 50 lbs. I had RYN like you are going to have. . .I would say the urge to eat has diminished and I eat mainly for protein. It is a change of eating habits but the operation sure helps you! Thinking of you, Christine in San Diego

Praying for a safe surgery and recovery! My surgery date is June 8th and am starting to get apprehensive, but, I am so ready for this! Good luck for a speedy recovery!
