"I have been thinking having the lapband surgery for some time. Thought doing my research to alleviate my paranoia before going under the knife. To my surprise, the California Medical Board has no record of Dr. Horgan's practicing physician license. In addition, I contacted the American Board of Medical Specialties and they stated he is not a Board Certified Surgeon in the US!!?? Has anyone else bothered to check on this?? I hope you do..........."
