"As with most of Dr. Garber's other patients, I was very pleased with him when we first met, although I have to admit you do get the feeling that time is of the essesnce because the initial consult is so brief. But in all fairness, he is honest, warm and answers every one of your questions. I've heard, or should I say read, nightmares about members of his office staff, but I will assume those employees are no longer on staff because eveyone I dealt with was an obsolute pleasure. Desire and Stephanie are the best. They are definately Dr. Graber's proteges; they are patient and kind and compassionate. I called them about 2 or 3 times a day sometimes, and they never made it seem as if I was a nuissance. I will never forget you two. Aside from the fact that everything seems to be in a hurry, there is absolutely NOTHING NEGATIVE about my experience with Dr. Garber or his staff. If you are considering surgery with Dr. Garber, without any hesitation, I'd say GO FOR IT!!! He is honest about the realities of the surgery and about the life long changes that follow. He will provide you with a structured meal plan and advice on supplements and so forth. He has a great bedside manner is is very helpful. You can call him anytie of the day or night and he calls your right back, even if it's on a holiday!!"
