Today i started a liquid diet. I was very moody yesterday, just thinking about a liquid diet. I am feeling pretty good this morning. I'll be attending a Pre-Op Teaching today. I work with the doctor who is doing my Lap Band, so I always see the surgical side of Bariatric surgery, but I am now personally seeing the other side of the coin. I just feel very emotional.
