Hi Everyone   I am really bad at keeping up with my info.  Just wanted to let you know that I had my surgery one year ago today,  I have lost approximately 75 lbs.  Feeling great  everyone tells me I look great,  dont use asthma meds anymore.  I have lots more energy and do all kinds of things I couldnt do before.  So glad I did this and never regretted it for a minute.  Sue

Hi  everyone.  I just got a call last Monday from the surgeons office to tell me my surgery date is Jan 4 2010.  I'm a little nervous and a lot excited.  Not to impressed that Im not supposed to eat Christmas dinner though,  turkey is my all time favourite.  I start my optifast tomorrow morning.  If I didnt take this date I had to wait till March,  sooooooo Jan 4 it is.  Just awanted to let you all know.   I'll let you know if I get more info.  Bye bye for now Sue

I was a little ticked of this week,  I was supposed to have my last appointment to return to the surgeon after having all my tests done.  The office called and cancelled my appointment as he wasn't going to be in there so I now have to wait for about a week and half before I can go.  I even changed shifts and vacation days to go.  Sue
