Why do I feel so far behind?

I love the forums.  I've gotten so much valuable information from my peers.  However...sometimes they really depress me...

Again today I was reading the profile of a woman who had surgery 2 days after I did and has lost 30 more pounds than me!!!  To make matters worse, she started out at a lower weight...

I'm feeling really down tonight because of this.  I want to lose the weight so badly and it seems like it's not happening as well as it is for others.

What can I do to speed it up?!
