Liz, Your big day is almost here! Are you excited? Nervous? A little scared? If you are, that is normal. You are about to embark on the journey of a lifetime, a real life saver. The surgery works if you live the new lifestyle. Follow your surgeon’s orders and watch the pounds melt away. I am so happy for you! That said, I am sending positive vibes for you to have an uneventful surgery and a speedy pain free recovery. There is a seat on the “Loser’s Bench” with your name on it. Sheryl

Wednesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else.
