Ok here is goes "my story"......Well my name is Amanda. I am 27 years old. I am married to the most awesome man in the world. I have a daughter age 7 and a son age 2 and I also have 2 step daughters that live in WA. I live in Ceres, CA which is kinda a small town. I have been over weight for years pretty much since I was about 12 or 13. I am tired of living my life on the plus side. I am planning on having the sleeve gastrectomy I just have one more appointment with my nutritionist then I get my appointment with my surgeron then depending how much weight i have lost or still need to loose for surgery I will get a surgery date. I am currently dieting to loose some pre-op weight. I have Kaiser insurance so that's who I am going through. I will be having my surgery done at Kaiser in Fresno, CA which is about 2 hours away from where I live which isnt too bad of a drive. I have full support from my husband and lots of other family members. I hope that some of my family members will follow in my footsteps and have some kind of weight loss surgery as well because I come from and overweight family on both sides!
