"He was very kind and supportive. I liked the fact that he was so thorough even if it delayed getting the surgery. I believe his surgical competence and bedside manner are good. He is soft spoken and puts you at ease. At this time he is forming a new office with new staff which may make the transition difficult. My surgery was done at a different hospital than the one he's in now. This hospital is very good as well so that isn't a problem. So, at this time he is still organizing what he wants to have ie; structure of support group."
