stall

I will be going to my 4 month apt with Dr. Ballem tomorrow and I have not lost any weight this week.  It is really disturbing. It is the first time that I had a stall that lasted a week.  I hope it lasts no longer.  I am continuing to do everything that I have been taught, but nonetheless it is still upsetting.
