This is my first post, as I am new to the site. With that being said, hello to everyone.
This is my first day of the Pre-Op liquid diet. This is very challenging. However, I find that I only think about eating normally when I smell food that someone else has. Otherwise, I am okay. I am getting a little anxious about the surgery though. I only have 5 days left. OMG. I will come back with an update on my Pre-Op liquid diet in a couple of days.
