It has been a long time since I updated. Surgery went well, I did ask myself why I did this already on the very first day after surgery. I was in alot of pain. Only nausa was when I was waking up. Did not wake up in recovery, I was in my room. Seems like I never would wake up. Leak test was nasty but all was well. My big fear was the g-tube and taking care of it. But it finally was ok. I could not sleep in bed until last week. The recliner was fine.
One week post-op my Mother in law passed away, she lived with us and we needed to have her taken to Ohio and than the funeral. I went but Kevin was not to happy, but I walked all the time in the airport and airplane. Very tired out and came home late Friday night. I did not eat good while I was traveling and am just now back on track.
G-tub and I have become friends. We do lunch and dinner. I still hate it but know how important it is. It comes out on August 8th.
Down 22.5 lbs GREAT.

One week from today I will be under the knife. I am so excited that I do not have the words to say. I think I have everything in order but will finalize everything this weekend coming up. Only three and one half days of work left. I do not think I will be down from the clouds until Monday afternoon sometime.
