Book Recommendation

 For anybody who has not had surgery yet I highly recommend reading the book The Experts Guide to Weight loss Surgery By Doctor Garth Davis. I checked the book out from the library but I am going to buy one from e bay as this is a MUST HAVE for anybody who has had the surgery, is scheduled for surgery or is even thinking about it. This book is so informative about the Do's and don's of the surgery before and long after.
