I had my one year check-up and i lost 101 pounds in a year! and i thank God i have had no complications, i am healthy and doing well! 

Happy New Year to my OH Family it has been along time since i have posted i have lost 88lbs in 7 months that is really good. Its been a long hard journey people who have not had the surgery think its easy but trust and believe its not. I am a very slow losser which is good i go to the gym 2,3, sometimes 4 times a week it just depends on how i feel. If i only  could just find a way to get rid of this stomach i will be okay.

Well I havent posted in awhile its been a journey for me. I am a very slow loser which is very fustrating. I have been walking 2 in a half miles a day, and getting in extra protein but only eatting 1 to 2 meals a day . I am down 33 lbs since surgery on May 27,2008. @20lbs pre-op(53 total)  

Well today is the day before my new birthday im on clear liquids and my stomach is growling! BUT IM A TROOPER! Im in the basement doing the laundry trying to keep myself busy. Im very excited, not really nervous! Im just praying for a succsessful surgery! i will keep my OH  Family posted! 

Well today was my pats i was there  for 4 long hours! But the good thing is i only have 7 more days left 

Well i just got a call today my surgery date has been moved up to May 27,2008 Thank You Jesus!

5/6/2008 Well just catching up i joined a support group in Leslie Mi i meet some wonderful ladies, can,t wait for the next meeting. I have 42 more days and i will join you all an the loser side. 

Well its been awhile since i posted but i did recieve a date about 2 weeks ago. At first i was unhappy because i was gave a date of June 17,2008 which is 10 weeks away. But that is now just right for me, that mean i will be off work for the 4th of july weekend and the kids will be out of school, so thats a plus also. So now is the count down! I will keep my OH family posted of any changes or excitement.    

Yes today i got the phone call from my insurance company and YES I am APPROVED  I am sooooo HAPPY I will keep you all posted on my surgery date.
