"My first impression was that he was a no B.S. type of person, and I dig that. Don't get me wrong, he's not abrasive or mean, just honest, professional, and upfront. I was impressed by his ability to explain the procedures in a straight forward manner. After my first private consultation I appreciated his humor and never got the feeling he was rushed. The office staff was great. They're all very helpful both in person and on the phone. The office itself is comfortable, spacious and bright. Moira, the nurse he works with, is very caring and patient. I really can't name one thing I didn't like about Dr. Clinch or the staff. I feel very comfortable having him perform the surgery and with the aftercare programs that are in place."
