Today I started my programs purée phase. I had yogurt and baby apple and bana sauce for breakfast and then 1/4 c of refried beans mixed with a 1/4 c of plain Greek yogurt but I could only finish half I had the rest for dinner and some more apple and banana sauce with the actigall ( to prevent gallstone) mixed in. Adventures in puréed food!Also I have an NSV - I had been wearing my wedding band something I have not done for months because it did not fit! My hubby is very excited too.
