"Very straight forward talking man. He tells you like it is. He makes you think and rethink whether you are ready to do this. The office staff is friendly although a tad unorganized when it came to my case. he is a very caring man and the whole office seems to care that you are there. They have a very structured program that I feel will help me have success. "
