Hello everyone it has been a while since I have updated and I am sorry. I am 11 months out now and in a size 8 I am down 150 pounds with only 16 more to go till I reach my goal! I can't say it has been easy but can't say it has been hard either lets just say it has been different...lol And it has been WONDERFUL I love the comments and looks I get from people that hasn't seen me in a while, I was asked just today where the rest of me was! I love it! And I feel so much better health wise.i will try to report back on my 1 yr and let you all know if I made goal! Wish me luck! =)

Hey I haven't updated in a while so here goes... I am 103 pounds down it's been 4 and a half months since surgery I feel wonderful! Absolutely the best thing I have ever done other than give birth to my kids! I was in a 14 and a friend came over brought me 4 pairs of jeans she said here are two sz 14's for now and two sz 12's for later on. So the 14's fit so good I thought I would just try the 12 and see how much more I liked to get in them but low and behold the came right up and zipped with no problem! I never thought I would be in a 12 by this time! I am so happy! And it gives me hope to actually get to a size 8 I have never been that size in my life. What a feeling that would be! I just ordered the Zumba fitness DVDs and hope they live up to the reviews on line. I feel like dancing all the time anyway..lol And it is so hard to shop for clothes don't get me wrong I love it but when I pick something up it still goes thru my mind I can't wear that! or goodness that's to small for me! I bought a dress at Cato's yesterday and got a large thinking I would fit it this summer and I could wear a Med. in it now! Still hard to believe this is happening to me! Well gotta go take care of the kids, I will update again when I drop another size...lol Hope everyone has a great day!

Bought some new Old Navy jeans today, I am in a size 16 wow! Haven't been in a 16 since I was 16 feels sooooooo good can't wait to get into a 14!  Down 67 pound now! 10 weeks 1 day out! I am soooo loving this!

I will be 9 weeks post op tomorrow and I am down 62 total I am so happy I would do it again in a New York minute I have went from a 22/24 to a 18/20 they are still fitting snug but I can get them on and that's all that matters! lol My mom came over this weekend and kept going on about how much smaller I look she said, I didn't look half as big as I did! That made my day and made me want to do even better! I am setting a new goal to lose 20 more by Christmas, I had originally hoped to lose 60 by Christmas but I have done that and losing 80 would be wonderful!!! Let ya know if I make it! (Hopefully I will pass my goal)

1 pound away from half of 100!  I know, it's only been 6 weeks and I have lost 49 pounds but it still feels like it is taking forever for it to come off. I know how stupid that sounds as I sit here typing this, I realize how crazy it sounds but it's how I feel... I geuss I should put the scales up I weigh my self at least 3 to 4 times aday.

On a lighter note my husband can't keep his hands off me & I love the attention!

I am 5 weeks out now and down 43 pounds I know that's a lot in 5 weeks but still wish it was more! My surgery went great and I came home the next day. When I went back for my 1 month post op the doc said I was not drinking enough water and he knew I wasn't because my BP was 90 over 60 so that explained why I was getting dizzy... But I am so happy I done this and would do it again in a heartbeat. I have been walking 2 to 3 miles 2 to 3 times a week and I need to be doing it everyday! But it's hard to with a 20 month old and a 10 month old plus my 2 older ones dont make it easier...

 

I am now playing the waiting game again! This time with the docs and Ins. company waiting opn the docs to send in everything to my surgeon and then waiting on the surgeons office to send it all into Ins. but I know it's happening, just not fast enough! I am praying I don't get turn down, I want this soooo much!
 
I can not wait to be a BIG LOSER! Will post again if and when I have a date!

I have my psych eval. and nutrition eval apoointments set up for the 24th and 25th of Aug. I am sohappy I can't wait! I want to feel good again,I want to be able to get in the floor and play with my babies for longer tha 15 mins and get up without hurting all over. I have a 17 months old and a 7 month old and I feel soooo bad cause I can't play with them and do with them the way I want to and should be able too! I am soo sick of this weight holding me down and me letting it!!!!!!!!!

  Went and seen my surgeon yesterday everything went great! I am currently waiting on my PCP to call me with a appointment for a psych eval and a nutrition eval. Then we will send in everything to the Ins. company... I am so excited and just can't wait. I wonder if I am this excited about this, how, will I be when I actually get a date? lol!!! I will be writing again when I get my appoinments setup!
