The staff was just as kind and concerned and willing to give me any and all information as Dr. Ludwig was. I never felt scared or concerned at anytime. He did explain the risks of the surgery and was always willing to answer any of my questions at any time. Both his surgical competence and his bedside manner are the best I have experienced.
