Tanya, Congrats on your wt loss.I cant wait my surg is coming up on Dec 19. Dont beat yourself up for eating a sweet now and then. Just remember you need to maintain a healthy eating pattern. In order to advoid gaining the wt back. Keep up the good work, Tamara

Tonya, I know you are not sabotaging yourself. Everyone deserves a treat sometimes. Exercise a little more and drink more water when you treat yourself. And remember, "treat" isn't every day. ;o)

Tonya, congrats to you on your loss! You have done an amazing job with your loss and the change in your lifestyle. I do agree that we should not have to diet all of our lives but should have developed lifestyle changes that would allow us to make decisions on food that is for the best on a daily basis. I hate the skin too and can not wait until that is a done deal!! KimmieTN
