Well I made it 1 year and I wouldn't change anything I have done. I have lost 204lbs since my surgery. It was hard and first and I thought to myself that I was never going to make it. My friends and family have been a wonderful support system. I am however frustrated now because I am stuck at 220 and can't seem to lose anymore, But my doctor says that I am doing really well and she expected that to happen since the last 2 times I went too see her I was melting away. I will post some pictures as soon as I get home from work. I don't have my pictures on this computer.

WELL I HAVE MADE IT....6 MONTHS GONE AND CAN'T WAIT UNTIL SUMMER. I HAVE BEEN HAVING A BLAST BUYING NEW CLOTHES AND I EVEN WHEN SHOPPING FOR A NEW BATHING SUIT. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW MUCH I HAVE LOST SINCE I STARTED THIS. WHEN I WAS AT THE DOCTORS LAST WEEK THEY HAD TO RE-CALCULATE MY WEIGHT 2 TIMES BECAUSE THEY SAID IT JUST DIDN'T SEEM RIGHT. AND I SAID WHAT IN A BAD WAY AND SHE SAID NO THAT I AM DOING REALLY GREAT I AM DOWN A TOTAL OF 149 LBS. I WENT FROM OVER 400 TO NOW IN THE 200'S AND THAT IS VERY EXCITING. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL I GET OUT OF THE 200'S. I AM STARTING TO FEEL HUNGRY NOW AS BEFORE I WAS NEVER HUNGRY SO I HOPE THIS DOESN'T SLOW ME DOWN. I AM EXERCISING AND GETTING IN 3-4 MILES A WEEK OF WALKING AND AS SOON A SUMMER GETS HERE I WILL BE SWIMMING IN MY POOL EVERYDAY THAT I CAN. I HAVEN'T GOT MY BLOOD WORK BACK YET BUT I AM HOPING THAT I WILL COME BACK BETTER THAN LAST TIME. I FEEL BETTER. WE I AM HAPPY TO SEE EVERYONE IS ALSO DOING WELL AND I HOPE YOU ALL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Well today was my 3 month appointment and it went very well besides them taking blood. I hate that. I have lost a total of 90 pounds since starting this.  Yea for me. I have my ups and downs but as long as i am losing i don't care it is all worth it. I want to wish a happy and safe holiday. 

WELL TOMORROW WILL BE 7 WEEKS SINCE MY SURGERY AND I FEEL GREAT. I DO HAVE MY DAYS OF COURSE. RIGHT AFTER HAVING THE SURGERY I WAS THINKING TO MYSELF WHAT HAVE I DONE!!! I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD START TO FEEL BETTER. I HAVE STARTED TO EXERCISE AND IT FEELS GOOD TO BE ABLE TO EXERCISE AGAIN. NOW I EVEN HAVE MY HUSBAND WORKING OUT WITH ME. I AM DOWN A PANT SIZE AND MY TOPS ARE GETTING BIG ON ME.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT I HAVE BEEN CRAVING FAST FOOD, BUT I AM TO SCARED TO EAT IT. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS SURGERY WOULD TAKE AWAY MY CRAVINGS. I FIND NOW THAT I WANT FAST FOOD MORE NOW THAN BEFORE, BUT I THINK THAT IT IS JUST BECAUSE I'M NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE IT. MY MIND LIKES TO WORK THAT WAY. WHEN I WAS LITTLE (OR SHOULD I SAY A TEEN) WHEN I WAS TOLD I COULD DO OR HAVE SOMETHING. I DID OR HAD IT ANYWAYS. I GO AFTER WHAT I WANT......

Well here it is the day before and I am ready now more than ever. I am a little scared but other then that I am ready. I finally packed my bag last night. I have already lost 26lbs and I can't wait until the rest comes off.

Well i went yesterday and did my pre-op stuff at the hospital. I had a great experience except when they had to do the Blood GAS... OMG that hurt like heck. The nurse tried the first time for about 5 Min's. I was sweating and felt like i was going to pass out. So after 5 Min's and nothing she decided to let the other nurse take my what felt like 15 tubes of blood. I didn't have any problem with that though. So then i needed to go. i had an appointment with the nurse practitioner so the nurse told me to come back once i was done. So while i was in the doctors office i was hoping that she would be able to come back and they would call someone else. Of course i don't have good luck because here she is coming back Thur the door. so i go back and she tries again same side.  Hurt like anything. poking around for another 5 Min's she decides to call someone else. someone much younger i thought  oh lord not again. please let me go home. i am starving and want food. I have been up since 5:30 without food or water and it's 2:00pm. So anyways this other nurse came in and did it in 3 Min's. 
On the other hand i lost 13lbs

2 more weeks and i am there!!! woo hooo!!!
