Well I am 11 months out and decided it was time to post something on here! I am very happy I had the surgery. My health is great now and I feel a thousand times better!! I have lost 64 lbs and have 12 more to go. I really got nervous when my skin started getting loose. I did try to slow down my weight loss a little due to that, but my Dr. was not happy with me!! He said to do more exercise. I did start using my hand weights and my bike. This helped alot! I hate to exercise but it is a must!   My family is very proud of me. I am getting close to my daughters size. That is wonderful. I am in a size 8. I am really happy this size but I am still going to try to get to my goal of 135lbs. I was hoping to be at my goal by my 1 year anniversary.  That is in 7 weeks. I may not make it but should be real soon after. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself!!

 

Surgery scheduled Aug 25th.
I have BCBS federal insurance and I was approved   after first letter. 
My BMI is 38.
I have reflux, high cholestrol, sleep apena, and high blood pressure.
