Can I Pick Up Where I Left Off?

Well, it has been three years since my WLS and I have not lost any weight. In fact, I have gained weight. I had the lap band 3 years ago in August. I was doing well for two months and actually dropped a total of 40lbs. Then, I got pregnant....the rest was history.

Two years after the birth of my precious baby boy, I have now decided to get a fill in my lap band and begin the process all over. The wonderful thing about the band is that it doesn't force the weight loss, rather it is a tool that is always there that can help you with your weight loss.

I go this Thursday to see Dr. Nowzaradan, in Houston. He will give my first fill in three years and he will give me an Xray also to make sure that my port is still in place.

If anyone reads this blog that has had a similar experience please write me and let me know what I can expect. I have forgotton all of the band rules so it is really like this is my first time all over again. I don't even know how much I weigh now, but I do know I am a size 24-26. Yep! I am well overdue.
