i don't have much 2 say 2day..I'm just trying' 2 get back @ posting a blog every month...its has been 11mos 4 me and I'm now 216lbs and has been only losing like a pound a week but i cool with that....i would love 2 loss about 60  more pounds but hey its OK!!
 if u know of anything i could do when Ur weight starts 2 slow down let me know pls!!
