Almost time for optifast...

Wow, i am looking at the date from my last post, it was almost a year ago!!! Well a lot has happened in the last year.  I have survived all of my pre-op appointments and my surgery is booked for Sept 26th, which means its almost time for optifast.  I start my new diet on Thursday, oh how I am dreading you optifast.
