A LIL ABOUT ME

 When i lived in Illinois i was seing a WL surgen then i moved here im still trying to get all my medicade transfered i found a Dr. that takes the Nebraska medicade so as soon as i get it im hoping to get an appoiment with him I have lost from 520 to 450 but have gained some back due to the death of my mom BUT IM GOING TO START THE PROTINE SHAKES AGAIN WISH ME LUCK !!!!!!
