4 months post op

I can't believe it has been 4 months already time does fly. Things have been going very well for me I have yet to get anything stuck and I think but not sure that i may have had a slight dumping for the first time last week, my stomach felt off and I became very tired like if I didn't lay down i would fall down. My weight loss has been going good and I'm down to a size 40 pants from a 54 so that gives me more motivation to continue this journey. I'm continue to struggle to get in all my protein every day but have been doing my best. When I drop a total of 100 lbs which is only 13 more lbs get to change my avatar I can't wait it will be my first major WOW moment. I know there have been many wow moments already but that will be the first I want to jump up and down about. With all the struggles that I had in the beginning of this whole journey I can truthfully say that I'm happy I did this and can't wait to reach my goal. I am still worried about when I do get there I will have a let down and gain my weight back like i have always done. I do my best to control those feelings now so I can enjoy what I have accomplished already and with being part of OH I know there will be people to help me when the time comes. If you are considering have this surgery done make sure you use OH and the support groups and coffee groups without them I don't think I would have done as well as I have, they are awesome people.
