I am going to start by telling you about myself. I have always been overweight ever since I can remember. At this point in the life I am trying to become more active by going to the gym three times a week. I have been going to the gym for 1 year and I am bigger now then when I started not good. I am trying to lose weight and get fit as much as I can please help. The gym staff just tell me to eat less and workout more and keep your hart rate in the level that is made for you. I have a problem getting it that high and keep it there for the 30 min workout. I get my hart rate in about the 60% rate and I am not sure if I am doing my hart any good.
