Just returned from Dr and got final go ahead for surgery

Im down  21 lbs since March 25  all seems to be in go  mode

Im very excited   I guess this is the home stretch

Well  on the 8th day ..   I am down  17 lbs

feeling alot better  especially when i  wake up in the morning.

sometimes struggling with "empty' feeling in belly   but i get past it with an ice pop or a  few sips of water.

also  get a  really bad taste in my mouth  now and then    dont know  what that is

Pre Op testing tomorrow at the  hospital and Final GP  visit on  Friday

well im feeling great and seemed to have adjusted to the shakes and broth

I am actually down 11 lbs since Wed March 25  Im sure this will slow down  but im just keeping the course.
Ice pops curb cravings and i feel more energetic   Pre admission testing is on April 2  im  coming to the home stretch and  feeling more and more that this was 100% the right choice.  I have stopped smoking for 2 mos now and i am down 11 llbs.  More later  or tomorrow

Well  its 11:03 pm , and i managed to make it thru the first day without hurting anyone or myself for that matter.

overall  was easoer than i  imagined, hoping that tomorrow goes well too.
I even  was able to cook for the rest of the family and it didnt get to me,

Ice pops helped alot
