Rose Mary! Congratulations on your upcoming surgery! Wow, you worked at the 410 cafe? That might be just the place to meet this upcoming summer, or possibly the Sweet Shoppe. Anyway, I wish you the best with your surgery, and hope all goes well with you these next few days. Keep me posted~!

Rose Mary, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. Rose Mary, I will pray for you and your upcoming surgery. I share your date and I read your page, we have similiar bmi etc. I too have lost a few lbs prior to surgery, nervous energy. I'll try and contact you after surgery and check on you. Debbie Crapanzano

Have you ever seen the movie: THE WIZARD OF OZ??? Well, soon you will be saying what the wicked witch said when Dorothy threw a bucket of water on her: "I'M MELTING!! I'M MELTING!!!" Those lbs will just melt off of you soon. You will soon be walking down the YELLOW BRICK ROAD to see the WIZARD OF OZ and your sweetest wish will be granted. Congratulations and good luck to you. My husband and I both had our open rny's at Pacific Bariatric in San Diego in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 325 lbs. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
