Today October 6th is my "New Me" Birthday! Woo Hoo! My Realize band was placed this morning and I am at home now getting ready to snuggle in for the night with the love of my life. My husband has been so supportive through this process after his initial melt down and fear of losing me. The real blessing is that he loved me no matter what my size and married me even though I weighed 225 pounds. I'm not so sure he knows what to think about the possibilites of me actually being a thin woman. He made a special point of kissing certain voluptuous parts goodbye this morning while he was helping me in to my hospital gown. lol I really needed that humor at that moment.
I am doing this for me and our marraige will only benefit from me becoming a healther person. I am so ready for this journey and so excited to finally meet the woman that has been trapped inside of me for so long. Watch out world here I come!!!
