Well, the official weigh in was 5-13-13, and down 21 pounds! I feel good and I can tell the weight loss in my clothing. I have been cleared to walk on the tread mill, but no speed, just for time. I thank God for this surgery and the instant progress, now its time to work it out!!!! FORWARD!
