Almost There

I'm almost there - I'm now hours away from my surgery and I'm so excited it almost feel subliminal.  I've been so busy that I haven't had time to post and can I just say the folks at my job are acting like I'm not coming back.  Hello! I need my job and my insurance   They decided to wait until the last minute to ask for everything.  I just gave them what I could and let it go.  I'm so happy that the day is finally here that nothing can take away my joy.

If you don't know already, my surgery is on the 15th.  I went to my pre-op on the 9th and everything went fine.  I also had my written authorization from the insurance with me so I had them add it to my file - I don't want any surprise bills a month later   I've done all my shopping for the liquids I'm going to need post-op and cleaned the old house.  I'm feeling pretty good right now. 

I can't close this post without giving a great big shout out to Stephanie - Girl I got the card and it was just the sweetest act of consideration I could receive.  I know, it may only be a card - but people don't take time out anymore and I realize that.  Thank You.
