Okay I'm all cleared by my GP, and ready to go according to my surgeon.   Had my post op appt yesterday.  Got all my instructions.  Will start my liquid drinks on the 31st of March up until surgery.  .  Not quite sure it's like their drinks though. lol.  Was told by the Nurse that this will be the worst week of this entire ordeal.  Please pray for me.   I will need it.

I changed my appt to April 7th, completed bloodwork, BA Swallow (yuk).  That had to be the nastiest mess I have ever had.  Wainting for my appt next week with Dr. Pinnar.  Getting closer.

April 7th is my day.  Now for the pre-op.

Just reveived a message that I was approved by my insurance company.  YEAHHHHH!!!!

I have completed my General Practitioner's appt's, Psych testing and all Nutritional classes.  Waiting for the OK from my insurance company.  Waiting...not so patiently though. 

After much thought I have decided to go for the Lapband Weight Loss Surgery.  The first comfortable decision I have made in a long time.  At this point I am very excited...don't have enough info to get nervous yet.

Oct 12 - Talked to my primary about this choice.  He thought it was a great idea.

Oct 22 - First weight loss seminar.
