Hi, let me introduce myself, my name is Theresa, I am from Ludlow Falls, OH. I am 41 yrs. old and am currently in the process of getting ready to proceed with the lap~band procedure. I have went to different classes on the surgery, I have seeked my personal doctor and ob~gyn on the lap~band procedure. And, now I have scheduled the psych. and excerise meeting for the end of May. Then, it is time for the insurance info to be given to my surgeon for the ok to go forward.
I am very excited, I have read many of the success stories and I can't wait to be a loser also!
Each day I just say I am one day closer to being a smaller person and healthy!!!!
I am working on getting some photo's for my page, so bare with me on that! I can't wait!!!!

I went to all my meetings with all at the medical center, and they were shocked that I was pre~approved for surgery. So, now a WEEK later I have schedule my surgery for July 09,2007!!!!! I am very excited.........They said any time I wanted for surgery, but I wanted to get some obligations done before surgery, so I thought a month would be fine to get all done!
So, I am on the move forward now to my skinny side!!!!!!!
Well, I had my surgery on July 09, 2007, and today is July 13th, 2007, and I was very curious, so this morning I got up and weighed myself and I have lost a total of 19 Lbs!
I was totally shocked..........
The first few days when I got home, I didn't want to do much, I kinda napped around and got my thoughts together and my goals. The surgeon said I did great before, during and after surgery. And, the nurses were telling me how I was progessing so quickly! I hope that is a good sign!
Anyways, I am feeling better every day, I went and got my hair cut this morning, took my car over and went through the car wash and then I vacummed it out and then I took a walk through the mall. It gave me a better feeling just getting up and getting out of the house and the bed!
I have read many, many posts from others and viewed many pictures and I love the results of everyone, and I want to be there too!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, until next time, I will also try to get more pictures on here too.... learning how to do all the tech stuff is a challenge!!!!!!!
