Well I have been down to 189 for a couple of weeks but when I weighed today I'm back up to 191. Since having my own apartment I'm more relaxed but I tend to want to eat out of bordem again. Glad I caught it now though. Tomarrow is Christmas and I'm gonna miss eating pie..lol
