I have pretty much been overweight my entire life. I have tried many different diets, programs etc. and have even been successful at times..........does this all sound familiar. I have a family member who had surgery a few years ago and has been very successful so I decided it was time for me to check into it. Before I even started doing research, my PCP actually brought the idea up to me last year. I went home, did my research and went back and asked for a referral. I have now completed Kaiser's Options program and am awaiting a call from the surgeons office for a consultation. I am excited to get healthy and get on with my life.
