No huge story to put here, there were many contributing factors that lead me down the path i walk...I walk it proudly and for the first time in years with my head held high and hopes that the normal life i always dreamed up is closer than I ever thought.

I was never in the 300's but im short guy so what i carried i carried badly...I have the deepest respect for those who found the strength to start their lives again, i feel like that is what the bypass did for me....  Im healthier than i have ever been, and found a confidence in me that i always envied in other people.  I always remind myself of where i was last year and swear never to go back to it.

I live in Austin Texas, one of the most pro-health/fitness towns i have every seen.  I have begun my somewhat overdue search for support group cause only those who have been threw this can truely understand what life is like afterwards....
