I have an Approval!

Hello All,
It is 12:4am and I cannot sleep! Today I received my approval and I am so excited. The reality of what I am about to do is finally sinking in and my emotions are in overdrive! This is such a wonderful blessing! for years I have said that the ability to change is my favorite blessing and WLS is a tool of change. On Monday I will be calling the nurse coordinator and hopefully she will get me on the schedule right away. I will post again when I know the surgery date. Bye Talk to you soon!

Psych Evaluation

Yippee I passed my evaluation!
The Dr. was very thorough! She made sure that I really understand the procedure and that I can handle the changes that come with WLS. I guess the real waiting begins now! I 'm praying that my insurance will approve me right away!

I had my 1st appointment today and the Surgeon was great. She answered all of my questions and really set the wheels in motion. I have my Psch Eval on Monday. I guess I'm on my way!
