nov 30th is almost here

Well I started out on this journey in march '09 but kind of chickened out until after my husband came home from Afghanistan. There was no way i could've made it through all of this without him. So I started again in July. I made all the appointments and meetings required, and last week i received my date. November 30th!! at first I was thinking about having the VSG done.. Its what my pcm recommended for me, but i made the decision to go all the way with the RNY. I start my liquid diet on the 27th of Oct and have my scope (EGD) on the 28th. Pre-op for my surgery is the 23rd of November. I'm a bundle of nerves and excitement!! Dr. San Miguel will be performing the surgery along with Dr. Reyes. As always im open for and invite as much advice as possible!! Everyone had been great, and I thank everyone who has answered my questions along the way. See ya'll soon!
