I remember being very skinny as a child and preteen. I started my struggle with weight around the time of puberty and have struggled with it every since. I have been on 20 plus diets over the years some worked better than others. I was diagnosed with PCOS almost eight years which made my struggle with weight even more problematic. I am thankful for the military for paying for the WLS because it is my best chance of regaining my health. I look forward to a future where I will have a better quality of life.
