New Personal Rule

Since I am such a computer/internet addict, I decided that I can only get online after I've done 60 mins of exercise a day. Even if that means getting home at midnight from work and jumping on the treadmill for an hour!  I made that my new personal rule about a week or so ago and it's working out pretty good. Even my friends are ok with it...if they wanna talk to me online, they know they have to wait that hour for me and they do lol !!  Tomorrow I see my pcp, it will be one month since my last visit there and weigh in. I can't wait but that damn office scale always scares me, I wish it was digital!!!  I also took my Bear to the vet today but more on that later..gotta go to bed!! I'm also gonna be takin' my "monthly pic" soon, so I can't wait to see how that looks!!  And I bought a new pair of jeans..had to return them...went down TWO sizes in them!!! woooohoooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! (cant remember if i blogged that yet or not LOL)
