so i must say i never go on this site because i just forgot my user name and that..so today is aug 3 2011 and i have had the surgery 7 months ago..and when i started i was 253lbs and today im 166lb and feeling like a new person im verry happy with everything that is going on with me i love going shopping now and going to the park with my kids.some days i find it hard but then i look back and think i can do this..i have a great family thats there for me 110% and a great group of friends. im so happy this is the best thing  did..
