Hi, all. Does the risk of dehydration continue forever, or is it mostly during the recovery from surgery phase? Not that I'm going to stop drinking water, but I am just curious.......and thanks!

I had my 3 month doctor visit today & am thrilled to report that I have lost over 40 lbs since my surgery and 60 lbs overall! I was also excited to be cleared to eat all foods, including salad.....who knew I would miss e

How does caffeine affect weight loss? I do love my (black) coffee, but I saw a reference somewhere that suggested caffeine might impede weight loss? Thanks for any info!

I'm one day pot-op & feeling pretty awful. I'm sucking on ice chips & walking......I can't even imagine taking the pain med they prescribed, because it would go into my new sleeve....why do we get excited about this? : )
