 I am finishing up my first 90 day health challenge. I feel great and I am down 20lbs of the 100lbs I have gained back. I have been having a lot of band slippage and I am not getting anymore fills. My friend Amanda told me about the 90 Day health challenge and it is changing my life physically and financially. I not only lost 20lbs I have so much energy. It is good for those wanting to loose weight, for those needing good nutrients, get fit, plain just feel better. My mom is also doing it and has lost 17lbs her chlorestrol down 58 points since she started and her blood sugar down 51 points. I am so proud of her. Message me if you would like more information. I am loving it and I feel great. Can't wait to start my 2nd challenge in May. I will keep everyone updated. Even if you have had weight loss surgery and just need protein shakes this is the plan for you. The protein shakes taste like cake mix and there is over 100 recipes for them. Yummy. I have been without fluid in my band for over a year and half. I have had 3 miscarriages and had to have all fluid removed due to malnutrion and slippage. I since have had a beautiful baby girl her name is Kayla Joann she is 2 months old. Through all the stress and preganancy I have gained 100 of the 150lbs I lost back. I am getting a fill tomorrow morning and am nervous about getting another slippage and starting my journey over again. I pray all goes well as the first time around and I can re-loose what I have gained back. Please pray for me. 

 Well it has been a very hard year. Two miscarriages and a lot of stressers.  I have had to take my fluid out for about 2 months because of the miscarriages and a slippage. So I have gained about 60lbs back.. I am not happy at all with this. I went and got a good fill yesterday and I am going to get back on track. Eating right, exercising and trying not to be so stressed. Hope everyone else is having a great experience with your band. I still love mine. We just had to have some separation. 

 Well, I had a miscarriage on 12/03/09. It was the most devastating thing I have experienced. No one could tell me why. I gained 18lbs with just the few weeks I was pregnant. I am hoping to get it off soon. Please pray for me. 

 I found out last week that I am pregnant. I really big surprise. Pray for me and my baby.I am down 138lbs from the start. I hope I gain just enough for a healthy baby and then I can get back to loosing after the baby is born.

 Well things are going good. Down  122lbs. Just taking one day at a time. Which I had more time to exercise, but I guess cant ask for it all. Going to Doc on Friday to check my thyroid levels and get yearly check up after thryoid surgery. Wish me luck!!

WELL ITS BEEN A FRUSTRATING FEW MONTHS. MY THYROID LEVELS ARE STILL REALLY LOW. THEY CAN ONLY ADJUST MY MEDICINE EVERY 6 WEEKS. JUST GOT AN INCREASE IN THE MEDICINE LAST WEEK SO FIVE MORE WEEKS TO GO BEFORE WE CAN CHECK IT. I HAD LOST AN OUNCE WHEN I WENT AND GO FILL LAST WEEK TOO. VERY FRUSTRATING. I KNOW IT WILL ALL LEVEL OUT WHEN MY MEDS ARE CORRECT.. JUST TRYING TO KEEP FAITH AND KEEP ON THE RIGHT TRACK... PLEASE PRAY FOR ME. FEELING BETTER OTHERWISE. JUST GET TIRED EASILY. GOOD LUCK TO ALL....

 Well, things went well with the surgery. Going for pre-op visit today. I have gained 3 lbs. They said I would gain until they get my thyroid medication adjusted. I am going back on Sept. 4th to get some of the fluid added back to my lab band. That will help too. I am just a little down, becouse I worked so hard to get the weight off and now 3 lbs have came back. I know its only temporary, but it still sucks. Thanks for all the prayers.  Hi everyone. I am having surgery on 08/15/08. Please pray for me. I am having my thryoid out. A total thyroidectomy. That is why my hair was falling out like a chemo patient. Not anything to do with the lap band or the lap band surgery.  Everyone just keep me in your prayers and thoughts this week.
