Doing Good

Well I had my 1month post-op appoinment I'm down to 389. I haven't been under 400 in along time I mean AALLLOOONG TIME, I'm kinda energized they also lifted my weight restriction so I'm also excitied to start working out. I get alittle discouraged because the issues I have been having but when I go to my appointment and see the weight I lost I get my spirit back and remember why I did this. To get healthier and be here for my son. I have been noticeing that I have been getting a little more energy and not feeling so sore, I'm excited that I started this new life journey and that I get to share it with all of you god bless you and your journey.
